Bret Pagni – President

Bret got involved with Nevada Lightning in 2001 when he was invited to join the Lightning Board. During his initial years serving on the board, he played an instrumental role in helping the Lightning organization rebuild itself on the administrative side with the other board members.

He has also played a key role in recruiting all seven current coaching staffs who are running teams within the organization. He oversees all of the teams in the organization, that operate independently, serving as a shoulder to lean on when advice is needed. Bret was fortunate enough to be voted in as President of the organization in 2004, a title he holds currently. He has been running board meetings since that time, along with duties as Chairperson of the Beer and Wine Fundraiser Dinner, Chairperson of the New Team Recruiting Committee, as well as being responsible for maintaining the Lightning indoor facility.

It is a pleasure for Bret to come to work each day to help serve the organization, its coaches and players. He looks forward to continuing to lead Nevada Lightning with the support of all of the great board members and coaches he has to work with.
